1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Bluedart
  • Shiprocket (multiple courier options)

Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time: 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or interior areas may take 1–2 additional days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible during checkout before payment.
  • Promotional Free Shipping offers will be applied automatically wherever eligible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • A courier tracking link via SMS/email

If you have an account on our website, you can also track your order from the β€œMy Orders” section.


6. Non-Delivery or Delays

If your package is delayed or not delivered within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us with your Order ID
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue on priority

Please note:
Deshmukh Telecom is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather issues, or any events beyond our control.


7. Undelivered / Refused Orders

  • COD Orders:
    If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, your account may be restricted, and future COD orders may be denied.
  • Prepaid Orders:
    If a prepaid order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number and returns to us, shipping fees will not be refunded.

8. Service Coverage

We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.


9. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, transportation strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions, shipping timelines may be extended.
Customers will be notified via email/SMS in such situations.
