At Deshmukh Telecom, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Returns & Replacements

We offer replacements for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@deshmukhtelecom.com or +91 94212 04740
  • Provide:
    • Your Order ID
    • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
    • Original packaging images

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup, depending on your location and courier availability.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The product is damaged on arrival and replacement is not possible
  • The order is cancelled by Deshmukh Telecom before dispatch

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Customerโ€™s change of mind after delivery
  • Orders where a partial COD advance was taken to process dispatch
  • Orders refused or unclaimed after dispatch

3. Advance COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we collect a small advance amount to confirm your order.

  • The advance is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch by Deshmukh Telecom
  • Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable
  • If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders after dispatch, COD may be restricted for future orders

This policy prevents misuse of COD services and covers initial logistics and handling expenses.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay account)
  • Processed within 7โ€“10 working days

Please note:
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary slightly.

All refunds are processed through our secure payment partners as mentioned in our Privacy Policy.


5. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting:
