3. Purchases & Payments

When making a purchase on our website, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and payment details.

We accept the following payment methods:

Online Payments – Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking (via Razorpay)
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD with advance)

All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway.

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST and are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (Advance Payment)

To confirm COD orders, Deshmukh Telecom may require a small advance partial payment.
This helps verify genuine orders and cover packing/processing costs.

The advance amount will be shown during checkout.
The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
If Deshmukh Telecom cancels an order before dispatch, the advance will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Once the order is dispatched, the advance becomes non-refundable.
Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD service.

This policy ensures fairness and avoids misuse of COD services.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for defective or damaged products as per our Refund & Return Policy.

A refund will be considered only if:

Replacement stock is unavailable
The product is damaged on arrival (verified through photos/inspection)
The order is cancelled by Deshmukh Telecom before dispatch

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of confirmation.
